采用钢渣全替代集料,并针对硬质沥青低温延展性差的问题,提出 SBS改性硬质沥青方案.制备了硬质沥青钢渣 SMA混合料和 SBS改性硬质沥青全钢渣 SMA混合料,基于常规路用性能试验和浸水汉堡车辙试验研究了 SBS改性硬质沥青全钢渣 SMA混合料的路用性能和稳定性,结合实体工程验证了 SBS改性硬质沥青全钢渣 SMA表面层的适用性.结果表明,钢渣 SMA 沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和疲劳性能均优于辉绿岩 SMA沥青混合料;掺加 SBS改性剂能显著提高混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性能,扩大硬质沥青的应用范围.另外,使用改性沥青和钢渣集料均有助于提高 SMA混合料在浸水荷载作用下的高温稳定性,而SBS改性沥青对减小 SMA混合料的车辙深度、提高其低温抗裂性能和疲劳寿命都起决定性作用.通过实体工程验证,SBS改性硬质沥青全钢渣 SMA混合料表面层具有优异的路用性能、抗滑性能,服役 5 a后路面技术状况评定为优,且经济性效益显著.

The steel slag was used to replace the aggregate,and the SBS modified hard asphalt scheme was proposed to solve the problem of poor low temperature ductility of hard asphalt.The hard asphalt steel slag SMA mixture and SBS modified hard asphalt steel slag SMA mixture were prepared.Based on the conventional pavement performance test and immersion Hamburg wheel tracking test,the pavement performance and stability of SBS modified hard asphalt full steel slag SMA mixture were studied,and the applicability of SBS modified hard asphalt full steel slag SMA surface layer was verified by physical engineering.The results show that the steel slag SMA asphalt mixture exhibits superior high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,and fatigue performance compared to the diabase SMA asphalt mixture.The addition of SBS modifier significantly enhances the high-temperature stability and low-temperature crack resistance,thereby expanding the application range of hard asphalt.Furthermore,the use of modified asphalt and steel slag aggregates contributes to improving the high-temperature stability of SMA mixture under water-immersed loading conditions.Moreover,SBS-modified asphalt plays a decisive role in reducing rut depth,improving low-temperature crack resistance,and extending the fatigue life of SMA mixture.Field engineering verification confirms that the surface layer made of SBS-modified hard asphalt all-steel slag SMA mixture exhibits excellent pavement performance and skid resistance.After five years of service,the pavement condition rating is classified as"excellent"with significant economic benefits.
