KP-Root SP根管充填糊剂配合单尖充填技术在恒牙根管治疗短期疗效分析OA

Objective:To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of root canal sealer KP-Root SP combined with sin-gle-cone filling technique in root canal therapy of permanent teeth.Methods:A total of 92 patients who required root canal therapy of permanent teeth and were treated in our hospital from October 2024 to September 2025 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=46,receiving root canal sealer AH Plus combined with warm vertical compaction technique)and the experimental group(n=46,receiving root canal sealer KP-Root SP combined with single-cone filling technique)by the envelope method.Clinical efficacy,clinical operation indicators,pain degree,gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels,periodontal health status,masticatory function,and periapical index(PAI)in both groups were eval-uated.Results:There was no significant difference in the clinical effective rate and the proportion of adequate filling quality between the two groups(P>0.05),and the filling time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h,48 h,and on day 7 postoperatively,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores for pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month and 3 months postopera-tively,the experimental group showed significantly lower levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the preoperative period,the plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleed-ing index(SBI)scores of both groups significantly decreased at 1 and 3 months postoperatively(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month and 3 months postoperatively,masticatory function and PAI scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Al-though the KP-Root SP paste combined with the single-point filling technique has the same overall efficiency as the warm ver-tical compaction technique,it can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the postoperative pain response,and promote the early functional healing of root apex bone defects through the osteogenic induction activity of its calcium silicate-based bioceramic.
