原发性灼口综合征综合康复护理模式探讨OA
Exploration of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model for primary burning mouth syndrome
目的:探讨综合康复护理在原发性灼口综合征(primary burning mouth syndrome,pBMS)患者中的应用效果.方法:对 pBMS 患者实施健康宣教、口腔护理、饮食指导、心理干预、睡眠与行为管理等综合康复护理,观察疼痛症状和焦虑、抑郁情绪量表改善情况.结果:经 8 周的护理后,综合康复护理组 48 例患者 VAS 评分总体下降43.52%(P<0.05),临床总有效率为75.00%(P>0.05);常规护理组48 例患者 VAS 评分总体下降23.08%,临床总有效率为 62.50%,综合康复护理组在改善疼痛方面较为显著.结论:综合康复护理模式对原发性灼口综合征患者的症状控制与长期康复具有重要临床价值.
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with primary burning mouth syndrome,so as to relieve pain,improve emotional status and quality of life.Methods:Comprehensive rehabili-tation nursing interventions,including health education,oral care,dietary guidance,psychological intervention,sleep and be-havioral management,were applied to patients with primary burning mouth syndrome.Improvements in pain symptoms and scores of anxiety and depression scales were observed and analyzed.Results:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing effectively reduced patients'pain scores,alleviated anxiety and depression,and enhanced their self-management ability.Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model is of important clinical value for symptom control and long-term rehabilitation of patients with primary burning mouth syndrome,and can provide a reference for clinical oral nursing practice.
