"健康中国"视域下错牙合畸形早期矫治的研究生思政教育探索OA

In the context of the comprehensive advancement of the"Healthy China"national initiative,the early or-thodontic intervention of malocclusion in pediatric and adolescent populations has emerged as a critical domain within oral public health,necessitating a paradigm shift in postgraduate medical education toward the integration of clinical competence and humanistic professional values.Existing frameworks for postgraduate orthodontic training in China are characterized by a pronounced disparity between technical instruction and value formation,alongside an insufficient incorporation of ideological and ethical dimensions into the curriculum.Guided by the theoretical imperatives of the"Healthy China"strategy,this paper undertakes a rigorous integration of medical practice and ideological-ethical education,and systematically distills essential i-deological-ethical elements,encompassing the inheritance of professional mission,technical ethics,health equity,scientific re-search innovation,and interdisciplinary collaboration.Drawing upon five structural dimensions—modular curriculum design,pedagogical innovation,multi-dimensional competency assessment,community-clinical collaborative practice,and culturally localized professional cultivation—this paper delineates an implementation framework for the systematic integration of ideolog-ical and ethical education into postgraduate orthodontic training.The proposed model establishes a synergistic"medicine-eth-ics"collaborative training paradigm,facilitating the professional transformation of orthodontic postgraduates from practitioners of disease management to advocates of holistic health promotion.This study offers a replicable academic reference for the cul-tivation of orthodontic medical professionals,and contributes to the advancement of high-quality oral health development in China.
