目的:探讨中华口腔医学会提出的口腔印模清洗消毒技术规范中,藻酸盐印模消毒流程对模型精度的影响.方法:用标准试件制取藻酸盐印模,共10 组.其中一组不消毒,为空白对照组.阴性对照组3 个,分别用自来水处理 10 min、20 min、30 min.其余6 组分别用0.5%次氯酸钠溶液和微酸性次氯酸水,消毒10 min、20 min、30 min.灌注模型并静置 24 h 后测量,对结果统计分析.结果:所有组别(阴性对照组、0.5%次氯酸钠溶液、微酸性次氯酸水)在不同时间的测量结果差异显著(P<0.001),但变化幅度极小.成对比较后,测量结果 0~10 min 变化显著,10~30 min 变化不显著.在相同时间、不同消毒剂的组间比较中,同一时间的组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:按照中华口腔医学会团体标准推荐《口腔印模清洗消毒技术规范》中的流程对藻酸盐印模进行消毒,对取得模型的精度产生了一定影响,但实际差异微小,临床可以接受.新型消毒剂微酸性次氯酸水同 0.5%次氯酸钠溶液相比,对模型精度的影响无明显差异.

Objective:An investigation into the effect of the alginate impression disinfection procedure,proposed in the Chinese Stomatological Association's group standard technical specifications for cleansing and disinfection of dental im-pressions,on model accuracy.Methods:Standard metric steel gauge block were used to prepare alginate impressions,totaling 10 groups.One group was not disinfected and served as a blank control group.There were three negative control groups,trea-ted with tap water for 10 min,20 min,and 30 min,respectively.The remaining 6 groups were treated with either 0.5%sodium hypochlorite solution or slightly acidic hypochlorous acid for disinfection,with exposure times of 10 min,20 min,and 30 min each.After pouring the model and allowing it to stand for 24 hours,the results were measured and statistically analyzed.Re-sults:The differences in measurement results among all groups(negative control group,0.5%sodium hypochlorite solution,and slightly acidic hypochlorous acid water)at different time points were significant(P<0.001),but the magnitude of change was extremely small.Pairwise comparisons revealed that the changes between 0 min and 10 min were statistically significant,whereas the changes between 10 min and 30 min were not significant.In intergroup comparisons at the same time points,no statistically significant differences were observed among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the technical speci-fications for cleansing and disinfection of dental impressions recommended by the Chinese Stomatological Association,the dis-infection process for alginate impressions has been found to adversely affect the accuracy of the resulting models,but the actu-al difference was minimal and clinically acceptable.The new disinfectant,slightly acidic hypochlorous acid,showed no signifi-cant difference in its impact on model accuracy compared to the 0.5%sodium hypochlorite solution.
