牙髓再生治疗在年轻恒牙慢性根尖周炎中的临床应用OA
Clinical application of regenerative endodontic therapy in immature permanent teeth with chronic apical peri-odontitis
目的:对比牙髓再生治疗与根尖诱导成形术应用于年轻恒牙慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法:选取我院 2024 年 3 月~2025 年 3 月收治的年轻恒牙慢性根尖周炎患者 40 例(共计 40 颗患牙),根据患儿家属知情同意原则进行分组;实验组 22 例患牙采用牙髓再生治疗,对照组 18 例患牙行根尖诱导成形术.术后随访 12 个月,观察并对比两组患牙牙根发育状况、根管壁厚度及牙根长度的变化.结果:实验组患牙根管壁增厚量与牙根长度变化相对于对照组均有统计学意义(P<0.05).牙髓再生治疗组牙根发育情况显著优于根尖诱导成形术组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在年轻恒牙慢性根尖周炎的临床治疗中,牙髓再生术在促进牙根继续发育方面,疗效优于根尖诱导成形术.
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of pulp regeneration therapy versus apexification in the treat-ment of chronic periapical periodontitis involving immature permanent teeth.Methods:A total of 40 pediatric patients(with 40 affected immature permanent teeth)diagnosed with chronic periapical periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were enrolled.Based on the principle of informed consent obtained from the guardians,the pa-tients were divided into two groups:the experimental group(22 teeth)received pulp regeneration therapy,while the control group(18 teeth)received apexification.All patients were followed up for 12 months postoperatively.Changes in root develop-ment,root canal wall thickness,and root length of the affected teeth were observed and compared between the two groups.Re-sults:The increases in root canal wall thickness and root length in the experimental group were statistically significant com-pared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Root development in the pulp regeneration therapy group was significantly superior to that in the apexification group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clini-cal management of chronic periapical periodontitis in immature permanent teeth,pulp regeneration therapy is more effective than apexification in promoting continued root development.
