牙列缺损支架式可摘局部义齿修复术后咀嚼功能恢复观察及其影响因素分析OA

Objective:To observe of postoperative chewing function recovery after bracket removable partial denture(RPD)restoration with dental defects,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:The clinical data of 206 patients with dental defects admitted to Xinjiang Medical University Fifth Affiliated Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were retrospec-tively analyzed.The patients were divided into a normal chewing function recovery group and a poor chewing function recovery group according to the postoperative recovery of chewing function,and the clinical data of the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of chewing function recovery after bracket RPD restoration was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression method.Results:The incidence of poor chewing function recovery in patients with dental defects was 25.24%(52/206).The age,number of missing teeth,oral health impact profile(OHIP)score,cobalt chromium alloy stent material,and the propor-tion of lost wax casting stent processing in the poor chewing function recovery group were all higher than those in the normal chewing function recovery group(P<0.05),while the proportion of traditional pressure impressions and high cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy stent materials the poor chewing function recovery group were lower than those in the normal chewing func-tion recovery group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,number of missing teeth,OHIP score,impression technique,stent material,and stent processing method were all influencing factors for the recovery of che-wing function after bracket RPD restoration(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,number of missing teeth,OHIP score,impression technique,stent material,and stent processing method are all influencing factors for the recovery of chewing function after bracket RPD restoration.
