压缩机是冰箱制冷循环系统的核心部件,同时也是冰箱噪声的主要来源之一.针对冰箱制冷系统控制方法无法平衡压缩机高转速制冷和低转速噪声的问题,提出了一种基于动态温度反馈的冰箱压缩机低噪控制方法,该方法通过压缩机扫频测试开放全部可用转速,实现压缩机的无级调速,并利用基于动态温度反馈的压缩机自适应转速控制算法,根据温差和温差变化率两个关键参数自适应生成更适合冰箱当前运行状态的控制参数.通过与常规量产程序对比实验结果表明,此低噪控制方法在冰箱各运行阶段的噪声表现明显优于量产程序,使压缩机高转速运行工况占比大大降低,有效提升了产品噪声体验.

The compressor is the core component of the refrigerator refrigeration cycle system and also one of the main sources of refrigerator noise.Aiming at the problem that the control method of the refrigerator refrigeration system cannot balance the high-speed refrigeration of the compressor and the low-speed noise,a low-noise control method for the refrigerator compressor based on dynamic temperature feedback.This method realizes the stepless speed regulation of the compressor by conducting a sweep frequency test on the compressor to open all available speeds,and uses a compressor adaptive speed control algorithm based on dynamic temperature feedback to adaptively generate control parameters that are more suitable for the current operating state of the refrigerator according to two key parameters,namely the temperature difference and the rate of change of the temperature difference.The experimental results obtained by comparing with the conventional mass production process show that the low-noise control method significantly better noise performance than the mass production process at each operating stage of the refrigerator,greatly reduced the proportion of operating conditions with high compressor speeds,effectively improving the noise experience of the product.
