标准化驱动全铝换热器在家电行业应用的战略路径研究OA

All aluminum heat exchanger is the strategic and technical direction for the household appliance industry to cope with resource constraints and the"double carbon"goal of cost presses,but its large-scale application faces bottlenecks such as a lack of standards and a lack of market trust.Combined with the progress of all aluminum heat exchanger standards,the application status,national adaptation and policy standard environment of all aluminum heat exchanger in the household appliance industry through the SWOT analysis framework was systematically evaluated.The research shows that aluminum instead of copper can reduce the cost of the heat exchanger by 15%～30%and the material cost of the whole machine by 10%～25%.However,the lack of long-term reliability data and the lack of unified evaluation standards are the core bottlenecks restricting its large-scale application.Through the four-dimensional collaborative standardization strategy of high standard guidance and trust building,data support and cognitive correction,scenario based application and circular ecology,regulatory strengthening and industrial collaboration,the"trust gap"can be systematically cracked.In the short term(2 years～3 years),all aluminum heat exchangers will form a complementary pattern with copper tube technology,and the market share of household air conditioners is expected to steadily increase to 10%～15%in the medium term(3 years～5 years).Standardization is the key bridge between technology maturity and market acceptance,and provides reference for industrial policy-making and enterprise technology decision-making.
