In response to the urgent industry demand for"substituting aluminum for copper"driven by copper resource constraints and price volatility,the formulation of dedicated production line standards is imperative to address challenges in process adaptation and quality control of aluminum tube-and-fin heat exchangers.Systematically analyzed the group standard T/CAR 26-2025"Technical Requirements for Production Lines of Aluminum Tube-Fin Heat Exchangers for Room Air Conditioners",which establishes a comprehensive framework encompassing overall construction,process flow control,product quality verification,and safety and environmental management.The analysis reveals that by mandating independent zoning layouts for production lines,refining thresholds for key process parameters,quantifying core performance indicators such as air tightness and pressure resistance,and standardizing all-element on-site management,the standard significantly enhances production consistency and product reliability.As the first specialized specification for aluminum heat exchanger production lines,it provides critical technical support for industry line upgrades,process optimization,and the transition toward green and low-carbon development.
