中国东北地区红松大型木生真菌物种多样性和区系组成OA
Species Diversity and Funga of Wood-inhabiting Macrofungi Growing on Pinus koraiensis in Northeast China
为探究以红松Pinus koraiensis为生长基质的大型木生真菌的物种多样性与区系组成,对东北地区红松大型木生真菌的物种组成、生态习性和区系特征进行了比较分析.结果显示,共鉴定红松大型木生真菌174种,隶属于12目49科113属,其中优势科为波斯特孔菌科Postiaceae、锈革孔菌科Hymenochaetaceae、结晶孔菌科Incrustoporiaceae和多孔菌科Polyporaceae,优势科物种数占总物种数的32.19%.优势属为干皮孔菌属Skeletocutis和褐褶菌属Gloeophyllum,优势属的物种数占总物种数的9.77%.在腐朽类型方面,引起木材白色腐朽的大型木生真菌比例明显高于褐色腐朽大型木生真菌.69.64%褐腐真菌生长在针叶树上,高于阔叶树上褐腐真菌的比例,表明褐腐真菌在东北地区针叶林生态系统的物质循环中具有重要作用.在基物类型方面,红松倒木是大型真菌最重要的生长基质,而生长在小枝上的种类较少.区系分析表明,红松大型木生真菌可划分为温带分布种(27.59%)、寒温带—温带分布种(27.01%)、温带—亚热带分布种(22.99%)等8类,其中温带分布种数量最多,表明东北地区红松大型木生真菌具有明显的温带区系特征.
As the decomposers of wood,wood-inhabiting macrofungi play an important role in maintaining the biogeochemical cycles of ecosystems.Pinus koraiensis is an important coniferous tree in China.In order to understand the species diversity and funga of wood-inhabiting macrofungi on P.koraiensis,comparative analysis of its growth substrates,species composition,ecological habits and fungal characteristics was conducted at the region of northeastern China.As a result,174 species of wood-inhabiting macrofungi belonging to 113 genera 49 families and 12 orders were identified,where the dominant families were Postiaceae,Hymenochaetaceae,Incrustoporiaceae and Polyporaceae with their species number accounting for 32.19%of the total investigated species.The dominant genera were Skeletocutis and Gloeophyllum,on the other hand,whose species occupied 9.77%of the total species.In terms of decay type,white-rot fungi had a distinctly higher ratio than brown-rot fungi.69.64%of brown-rot fungi grew on coniferous trees,higher than the proportion on broad-leaved trees,indicating that brown-rot fungi play an important role in the material cycling of coniferous forest ecosystems in Northeast China.Fallen trunks,rotten wood and tree stumps were thought as the most important substrates because of the fact that the majority of wood-inhabiting macrofungal species grew on them and a very small number of species were found on twigs.Analysis of the fungal compositions indicated that there existed eight kinds of geographical elements in which the temperate,boreal to temperate and temperate to subtropical species respectively accounted for 27.59%,27.01%,22.99%,revealing thereafter an obvious feature of temperate funga shown by the wood-inhabiting macrofungi detected in the northeastern China area.
