Three Newly Recorded Species of Stachybotryaceae from China

为进一步丰富我国葡萄穗霉科真菌资源,通过形态特征观察和多基因联合分析的方法对分离自北京、湖北和新疆土壤样品的5株葡萄穗霉科真菌进行系统分类研究,鉴定出3个中国新记录种:海枣阿氏菌Alfaria dactyli、绿孢拟漆斑菌 Paramyrothecium viridisporum 和汤加异漆斑菌 Xenomyrothecium tongaense.其中,海枣阿氏菌的分生孢子较大,披针形,淡绿色;绿孢拟漆斑菌产生倒卵形至椭圆形的分生孢子;汤加异漆斑菌不形成刚毛,分生孢子长椭圆形.详细描述了各新记录种的菌落及微观形态特征,并联合ITS、rpb2与β-tubulin基因序列构建系统发育树,为形态鉴定结果提供了分子依据.研究结果进一步丰富了我国葡萄穗霉科真菌的物种多样性.

Five stachybotryaceous strains isolated from soil samples collected in Beijing City,Hubei Province,and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were investigated through morphological assessment and multilocus phylogenetic analyses.Alfaria dactyli,Paramyrothecium viridisporum,and Xenomyrothecium tongaense were identified and documented as novel records for China.A.dactyli is characterized by the production of large,lanceolate,pale green conidia.P.viridisporum is distinguished by its obovoid to ellipsoidal conidia,whereas X.tongaense exhibits oblong-ellipsoidal conidia and notably lacks setae within the sporodochia.Detailed descriptions and illustrations of the colony morphology and microscopic features of each species are provided.Their taxonomic placements were corroborated through sequence analyses of combined internal transcribed spacer(ITS)regions alongside either the RNA polymerase Ⅱ second largest subunit(rpb2)or β-tubulin gene sequences.These findings contribute to the understanding and expansion of Stachybotryaceae species diversity within China.
