电子化护士直觉清单联合SBAR沟通模式在ICU病人早期病情恶化预警中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the application effect of an electronic nurse intuition-based deterioration screening(e-NIPDS)checklist combined with the SBAR communication model on the early warning of clinical deterioration in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods:A total of 260 ICU patients from a tertiary Grade A hospital in Hubei province between March and August 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group based on the time of admission.The control group received routine early warning care for clinical deterioration,while the intervention group received the e-NIPDS combined with SBAR intervention in addition to routine care.The time to identify clinical deterioration,the incidence of severe adverse events,the number of early warning calls made by nurses,the effective warning rate,and scores for evidence-based decision-making ability were compared between the two groups.Results:The time to identify clinical deterioration in the intervention group was approximately 188 minutes earlier than in the control group(P<0.05).The average number of early warning calls per patient increased significantly(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the effective warning rate(P>0.05).Nurses'evidence-based decision-making ability improved significantly(P<0.05),and the incidence of severe adverse events among patients decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of e-NIPDS and the SBAR communication model can significantly improve the timeliness and accuracy of ICU nurses in identifying clinical deterioration,enhance their evidence-based decision-making ability,and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients.
