多策略改进的黑翅鸢优化算法及其工程实例应用OA

针对黑翅鸢优化算法存在的探索与开发能力不平衡和易陷入局部极值的问题,提出一种多策略改进的黑翅鸢优化算法.在算法攻击阶段引入分阶段动态捕猎优化机制,使算法的全局探索与局部开发能力得到平衡;在算法迁徙阶段引入随机扰动与非线性权重因子,有效地规避了算法陷入局部最优的风险.将所提算法与多种优化算法在各测试套件上进行对比实验,并采用Wilcoxon秩和检验以及Friedman检验对实验结果进行统计分析.实验结果表明,所提算法在优化精度、收敛性能以及鲁棒性方面显著优于各对比算法,且所提算法在处理高维复杂函数上高效可行.此外,将所提算法应用于18个现实世界工程实例约束优化问题的求解上,验证了所提算法的有效性与工程实用性.

Aiming at the problems of unbalanced exploration and exploitation ability and easy to fall into local extremum in the black-winged kite optimization algorithm,multiple strategies improved black-winged kite optimization algorithm is proposed.In the algorithm attack stage,a phased dynamic hunting optimization mechanism is introduced to balance the global exploration and local exploitation capabilities of the algorithm.Random disturbance and nonlinear weight factors are introduced in the migration stage of the algorithm,which effectively avoids the risk of the algorithm falling into local optimum.The proposed algorithm is compared with various optimization algorithms on each test suite,and the experimental results are statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test and Friedman test.The experimental results show that the pro-posed algorithm is significantly better than the comparison algorithms in terms of optimization accuracy,convergence per-formance and robustness,and the proposed algorithm is efficient and feasible in dealing with high-dimensional complex functions.In addition,the proposed algorithm is applied to solve the constrained optimization problems of 18 real-world engineering examples,which verifies the effectiveness and engineering practicability of the proposed algorithm.
