赵鸣芳教授应用半夏厚朴汤治疗肺结节经验OA

With the increasing detection rate of pulmonary nodules and the growing emphasis on health issues,the advantages of early intervention in pulmonary nodules with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are becoming more prominent.Professor ZHAO Mingfang,an expert of the Three Talents Project team at Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedic Hospital,has rich clinical experience in the TCM diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.Professor ZHAO believes that pulmonary nodules are the disease of abdominal mass and subcutaneous nodules,mainly caused by the stagnation of phlegm and Qi.Accordingly,the treatment should focus on regulating Qi movement,resolving phlegm,dissipating mass,and eliminating mass.In clinical practice,Professor ZHAO often uses modified Banxia Houpo Decoction to treat pulmonary nodules,achieving satisfactory results.This article summarizes Professor ZHAO Mingfang's experience in treating pulmonary nodules with Banxia Houpo Decoction and explained the experience with one case,providing a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
