This article summarizes the clinical experience of Chief Physician YANG Lifang in treating cancer-related fatigue after colon cancer surgery with Buxue Shengbai Decoction from spleen and kidney,and illustrates it with a typical case.Chief Physician YANG Lifang believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of cancer-related fatigue after colon cancer surgery lies in deficiency of healthy Qi and imbalance of Zang-Fu organs,and its core lies in the deficiency of spleen and kidney,weakness of Qi and blood,and failure of clearing Yang to ascend.The disease is rooted in deficiency of healthy Qi,with manifestations of cancer toxin and blood stasis.In this regard,the self-designed Buxue Shengbai Decoction is used to invigorate spleen and tonify kidney,replenish Qi and nourishing blood,promoting the rise and dispersion of clear Yang.This article discusses Chief Physician Yang's diagnosis and treatment experience,as well as the understanding of the pathogenesis,analyzes the effects of Buxue Shengbai Decoction,and illustrates them with clinical cases.It can provide a new idea for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue after colon cancer surgery.
