叶面喷施和根部浇施钼肥对温州蜜柑果实品质及养分含量的影响OA
Effects of foliar spraying and root drenching with molybdenum fertilizer on fruit quality and content of nutrients in Satsuma mandarin
为实现缺钼柑橘园科学施用钼肥、改善果实品质,以30年生温州蜜柑为供试材料,果园土壤为酸性缺钼土壤,探究钼肥叶面喷施和根部浇施对柑橘果实品质和养分利用效率的影响.试验在施柑橘专用复合肥的基础上设置 3 个处理,分别为对照(CK)处理:叶面喷施清水800 mL/(株·次);浇施处理(T1):浇施0.4%钼酸钠溶液500 mL/(株·次);叶面喷施处理(T2):叶面喷施0.02%钼酸钠溶液 800 mL/(株·次).结果显示,与CK相比,钼肥浇施和喷施(2021年)均显著增加温州蜜柑果皮色泽指标L*值、a*值和b*值,提高了果实外观品质;钼肥浇施和喷施处理下果实可滴定酸含量分别显著降低16.2%和22.6%;果实维生素C含量分别显著提高30.2%和57.6%,果实风味和营养品质提高;进一步分析发现,钼肥浇施和喷施分别使果实柠檬酸含量显著降低33.52%和20.51%,而对苹果酸和奎宁酸无显著影响.同时,施钼可显著上调抗坏血酸合成途径中关键酶包括L-半乳糖-1,4-内酯脱氢酶、单脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶和谷胱甘肽还原酶的活性,却抑制了抗坏血酸降解关键酶过氧化物酶与抗坏血酸氧化酶的活性,这一结果说明施钼可通过推动抗坏血酸合成与循环再生,进而提升果实维生素C含量.综合2 a结果,钼肥浇施处理下果实固酸比、维生素C含量分别提高24.4%和30.2%,可滴定酸降低16.2%;钼肥喷施处理的果实固酸比、Vc含量分别提高28.6%和57.6%,可滴定酸降低22.6%,表明钼肥喷施处理下果实品质更佳.总之,钼肥浇施与喷施均能显著提升温州蜜柑果实的风味与营养品质,以钼肥喷施效果较好.
30-year-old Satsuma mandarin(Citrus unshiu Marc.)trees grown in acidic and molybde-num(Mo)-deficient orchard soil were used to conduct a two-year field experiment in Yichang City,Hubei Province,China from 2019 to 2021 to achieve scientific application of Mo fertilizer and improve the fruit quality in citrus orchards with Mo-deficiency.3 treatment groups including the control(CK,foliar spraying with 800 mL water without Mo per plant per application),treatment group 1(T1,root drenching with 500 mL of 0.4%sodium molybdate solution per plant per application),and treatment group 2(T2,foliar spraying with 800 mL of 0.02%sodium molybdate solutionper plant per application)were set up.All treat-ments received 1.5 kg of specialized compound fertilizer for citrus(15-7-13)as the basal fertilization.The indexes including the fruit quality,the content of sugar and organic acid components,the activity of antioxi-dant-related enzymes,and the content of nutrients in fruits and leaves were measured to study the effects of foliar spraying and root drenching with Mo fertilizer on the fruit quality and nutrient utilization efficiency of citrus.The results showed that T1 and T2 significantly increased the parameters of peel color including the value of L*,a*,and b* in Satsuma mandarin fruits in 2021,thereby improving the appearance quality of fruit.T1 and T2 significantly reduced the content of titratable acid(TA)by 16.2%and 22.6%compared with CK,while increased the content of vitamin C(Vc)by 30.2%and 57.6%,with an improvement in in-trinsic quality of the fruit.T1 and T2 significantly decreased the content of citric acid by 33.52%and 20.51%,but the content of malic acid and quinic acid was not significantly affected,indicating that the re-duction in the content of TA is mainly attributed to the decrease in the accumulation of citric acid.Mo appli-cation significantly enhanced the activity of key enzymes including L-galactono-1,4-lactone dehydrogenase(GLDH),monodehydroascorbate reductase(MDHAR),and glutathione reductase(GR)involved in the biosynthesis of ascorbic acid and recycling,while inhibited the activity of ascorbate peroxidase(APX)and ascorbate oxidase(AAO)involved in the degradation of ascorbic acid,indicating that Mo application pro-motes the biosynthesis and regeneration of ascorbic acid to increase the content of Vc in fruit.T1 increased the ratio of soluble solids to TA and the content of Vc by 24.4%and 30.2%points,and reduced the con-tent of TA by 16.2%based on the average value of two years.T2 increased the ratio of soluble solids to TA and the content of Vc by 28.6%and 57.6%while reduced the content of TA by 22.6%,indicating that the performance of T2 is better than that of T1.Overall,root drenching and foliar spraying with Mo fertilizer significantly improved the flavor and nutritional quality of Satsuma mandarin fruits,with effects of foliar spraying better than that of root drenching.It will provide a theoretical basis for the scientific applica-tion of Mo fertilizer and the improvement of fruit quality in Mo-deficient citrus orchards in China.
