为明确盛花期结果枝短截疏果在柑橘轻简化栽培生产中的价值,以'爱媛28号'(Citrus unshiu×C.sinensis)为材料,探究短截疏果处理对其果实品质的影响及可能机制.结果显示,与人工逐个疏果(单果疏果)相比,短截疏果的效率显著提高;同时,短截疏果处理'爱媛28号'果实的单果质量、横径和纵径均显著高于对照组(花后150和165 d).此外,与对照组相比,短截疏果处理组在花后165、180和195 d的可溶性固形物含量均显著提高;可滴定酸含量在花后各发育时期显著降低,果实固酸比则在花后135、165、180和195 d均显著提高.相关性分析显示,果实纵横径在37~68 mm内,果实固酸比与横径之间呈极显著正相关.实时荧光定量PCR分析发现,与对照组相比,短截疏果处理组果实蔗糖合成相关基因CiSS1和CiSPS1的表达水平在花后165和195 d显著增加;有机酸代谢相关基因CiPEPC1表达量在花后135、165和195 d显著下调,柠檬酸降解相关基因CiNADP-IDH1、CiAco1及CiACLα1表达水平在花后135、165和195 d显著上调,表明结果枝短截增加糖和降低酸含量可能通过改变糖酸代谢基因表达来实现.综上,盛花期结果枝短截在提高疏果效率和提升果实品质方面效果显著.

'Ehime Kashi No.28'(Citrus unshiu×C.sinensis)was used to study the effects and po-tential mechanisms of fruit thinning through shortening pruning of bearing shoots on fruit quality to clarify the value of fruit thinning through shortening pruning of bearing shoots at the stage of full bloom in the sim-plified cultivation of citrus.The results showed that fruit thinning through shortening pruning significantly im-proved the efficiency of thinning compared with manual single-fruit thinning.The single fruit weight,trans-verse diameter,and longitudinal diameter of the fruit from the thinning through shortening pruning-treated'Ehime Kashi No.28'was significantly higher than that from the control group(CK)at 150 and 165 days after flowering blooming(DAFB).The content of soluble solids in the fruit from thinning through shorten-ing pruning-treated group was slightly increased at several stages at 165,180 and 195 DAFB,while the content of titratable acid was significantly reduced,leading to a marked improvement in the sugar-acid ratio at 135,165,180 and 195 DAFB compared with that in CK(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that there was extremely and significantly positive correlation between the sugar-acid ratio and the equatorial diameter in the fruit with equatorial and longitudinal diameters ranging from 37 to 68 mm.The re-sults of quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that the expression level of CiSS1 and CiSPS1,two genes involved in the synthesis of sugar,was significantly increased in the fruit from the of treatment thin-ning through shortening pruning at 165 and 195 DAFB compared with that in CK.The expression level of CiPEPC1 gene involved in the metabolism of organic acid was significantly decreased at 135,165 and 195 DAFB,while the expression level of CiNADP-IDH1,CiAco1,and CiACLα1,genes involved in the degra-dation of citric acid,was significantly upregulated at 135,165 and 195 DAFB.It is indicated that fruit thin-ning through shortening pruning of bearing shoots increases the content of sugar and decreases the content of acid by changing the expression of genes involved in the metabolism of sugar and acid.In summary,fruit thinning through shortening pruning of bearing shoots at the stage of full bloom has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of fruit thinning and the fruit quality.It will provide theoretical support for its exten-sion as a simplified,labor-saving cultivation technique for producing citrus fruits with high quality and large size.
