甜橙果皮棱起突变体"核桃橙"来源及品质分析OA
Origin and fruit quality of sweet orange bud mutant"Hetaocheng"
为对比甜橙果皮棱起突变体"核桃橙"与其野生型在果实品质方面的差异,对其亲缘关系及果实理化性质进行分析.结果显示,"核桃橙"为纽荷尔脐橙的芽变,二者物候期相近,基于基因组序列推断的遗传组分相似度高达96.6%."核桃橙"在武汉的平均单果质量为90.11 g,显著低于纽荷尔脐橙(188.46 g);可溶性固形物含量为10.9%,与纽荷尔脐橙相比无显著差异."核桃橙"果皮中的总类胡萝卜素含量为309.96 μg/g,显著低于纽荷尔(357.73 μg/g),而果肉中的总类胡萝卜素含量为31.57 μg/g,显著高于纽荷尔脐橙(24.50 μg/g);"核桃橙"果皮和果肉中类胡萝卜素α-支路代谢组分α-胡萝卜素、α-隐黄质和叶黄素含量均显著高于纽荷尔脐橙.以上结果表明,"核桃橙"果皮棱起突变体果实大小、果皮硬度和类胡萝卜素组成含量均较野生型发生了显著变化.
The genetic relationship and physicochemical properties of fruit were analyzed to compare the differences in fruit quality between the sweet orange(Citrus sinensis Osbeck)bud mutant"Hetao-cheng"and its wild type.The results showed that"Hetaocheng"was a bud mutation of Newhall navel or-ange,with a genetic similarity(based on the genome sequence inference)as high as 96.6%and a similar phenology period.The average single fruit weight of"Hetaocheng"in Wuhan was 90.11 g,significantly lower than that of Newhall navel orange(188.46 g).The content of total soluble solids(TSS)was 10.9%,with no significant difference compared to that of Newhall navel orange.The content of total carotenoid in the peel of"Hetaocheng"was 309.96 µg/g,significantly lower than that of Newhall navel orange(357.73 µg/g),while the content of total carotenoid in the pulp was 31.57 µg/g,significantly higher than that of Newhall navel orange(24.50 µg/g).The content of α-carotene,α-cryptoxanthin and lutein in the peel and pulp of"Hetaocheng"was significantly higher than that of Newhall navel orange.It is indicated that the fruit size,peel hardness,and the content of carotenoid in the bud mutant"Hetaocheng"have significant chang-es compared to that in the wild type.
