Three-dimensional Trajectory Planning of UAVs Based on Improved Artificial Potential Field Method

针对传统人工势场法下无人机存在的目标不可达、局部极小值问题进行改进,提出了一种改进的人工势场法.对斥力场函数进行改进,引入角度因子与距离因子对传统斥力场函数进行优化,防止斥力过大产生目标不可达的现象.为防止穿过狭窄障碍物时产生路径冗长与局部极小值现象,加入狭窄障碍物检测函数与斥力衰减因子.通过MATLAB平台进行仿真实验验证此改进算法,实验结果证明了改进算法在解决上述问题与数据上有显著提升.

To address the issues of target unreachability and local minima in traditional artificial potential field methods for UAVs,an improved artificial potential field method is proposed.The repulsive potential field function is optimized by incorporating angle and distance factors into the conventional model,thereby preventing target unreachability caused by excessive repulsive forces.To reduce redundant paths and mitigate local minima when passing through narrow obstacles,a narrow obstacle detection function and a repulsive force attenuation factor are introduced.Finally,simulation experiments conducted on the MATLAB platform validate the proposed algorithm.The results demonstrate significant improvements in resolving the aforementioned problems and enhancing overall algorithm performance.
