阐述了机载传感器在航天飞行器设计、研制及应用中扮演的重要角色和关键作用,介绍了应变材料等常用机载传感器的敏感元件及相应传感器信号调理电路设计应包含的主要内容,给出了电荷信号等多个典型的传感器信号调理电路原理设计方案,阐述了抗混叠滤波等常用机载传感器的信号调理模式和预期调理效果,讨论了传感器信号调理技术在航天飞行器应用与实践过程中遇到的部分问题,提出了相应的应对措施并给出了解决效果.航天飞行器机载传感器信号调理技术的应用以最大程度还原传感器信号变化的真实情况为前提,基于该应用的广泛实践,将不断夯实航天飞行器机载传感器阵列信号采集与处理工作的技术基础.

This paper elucidates the critical role of on-board sensors in the design,development,and application of aerospace vehicles.It introduces the sensitive elements of conventional on-board sensors(e.g.,strain gauges)and outlines the essential requirements for designing corresponding signal conditioning circuits.Schematic designs for typical sensor signal conditioning circuits,including those for charge signals,are presented.Furthermore,common signal conditioning schemes,such as anti-aliasing filtering,along with their expected performance,are discussed.The paper also addresses practical issues encountered during the engineering application of this technology in aerospace vehicles,proposing corresponding countermeasures and evaluating their effectiveness.The primary objective of applying signal conditioning technology is to maximize the fidelity of the restored sensor signals.Extensive engineering practice will continuously consolidate the technical foundation for signal acquisition and processing of on-board sensor arrays in aerospace vehicles.
