农田水利灌排涵闸工程施工参数标准化与成本控制研究OA
Research on Standardization of Construction Parameters and Cost Control for Irrigation and Drainage Culverts in Farmland Water Conservancy Projects
文章以江淮丘陵区某高标准农田项目为例,构建"控制流量—孔径反推—防淤校验—成本约束"四步标准化选型模型,引入最小自清流速(v≥0.5 m/s)作为防淤约束,提出了水力冗余度与成本冗余度双指标评价体系,可为同类项目涵闸参数标准化与成本精细化管控提供参考.
Taking a high-standard farmland project in the Jiang-Huai hilly region as an example,this study constructs a four-step standardized selection model"flow control—aperture deduction—silt control verification—cost constraint".It introduces the minimum self-cleaning velocity(v≥0.5 m/s)as the silt control criterion.A dual-index evaluation system of hydraulic redundancy and cost redundancy is proposed.The study can provide a reference for the standardization of culvert parameters and the refined cost control of similar projects.
