Based on a systematic review of the current status of the flood control materials management system,daily operations,maintenance inspection,and outbound transportation and distribution at Hekoucun Reservoir,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the prominent challenges and objective difficulties encountered in current management and logistics processes.It proposes targeted solutions such as upgrading management methodologies,strengthening routine maintenance,improving storage facilities,enhancing transportation capacity,and intensifying personnel training.The aim is to comprehensively enhance the standardized,refined and intelligent management of flood control materials at the reservoir,ensure the safe reservoir operation during flood seasons and provide practical reference for the management of flood control materials at other reservoirs nationwide.
