燕山水库生态环境演变特征及综合治理对策OA
The Evolution Characteristics of the Ecological Environment of Yanshan Reservoir and Comprehensive Management Measures
以淮河上游燕山水库为对象,结合2010-2024年长时序水质监测数据、生态环境公报及流域实地调研成果,解析水库运行期间生态环境演变趋势,诊断现存突出生态问题,评估综合治理实效并提出针对性优化路径.研究表明,2010-2018年网箱养殖与农业面源污染导致库区水质波动、总磷和氨氮超标,水体接近轻度富营养化;2019年后经整治修复,水质达Ⅲ类标准,维持中营养,水生态恢复,但面源污染管控、消落带修复及跨区域协同治理仍有不足.文章为燕山水库及淮河流域同类水库治理提供支撑与参考.
Taking Yanshan Reservoir in the upper reaches of the Huai River as the object,based on the long-term water quality monitoring data from 2010 to 2024,ecological environment bulletins,and on-site investigation results of the basin,this study analyzes the trend of ecological environment changes during the reservoir operation,diagnoses the prominent ecological problems,evaluates the effectiveness of comprehensive management,and proposes targeted optimization approaches.The study has shown that from 2010 to 2018,cage aquaculture and agricultural non-point source pollution led to fluctuations in water quality in the reservoir area,with total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen exceeding the standards,and the water body was close to mild eutrophication.After the restoration and improvement since 2019,the water quality reached Class Ⅲ standards,maintaining mesotrophy,and achieving water ecological restoration.However,there are still deficiencies in the control of non-point source pollution,the restoration of water-level fluctuation belt,and cross-regional collaborative governance.This study provides support and reference for the management of Yanshan Reservoir and similar reservoirs in the Huai River Basin.
