The view on labour happiness of the CPC,generated and developed by the CPC in its long-term practice of revolution,construction and reform,has evolved and developed from the relevant propositions of labour happiness put forth by Marxist classic writers,successive leaders of the Communist Party of China,and fine tradi-tional Chinese culture in terms of its theoretical generation.From the perspective of historical evolution,the view on labour happiness of the CPC is neither rigid nor dogmatic,but marked by historical evolution and manifests dis-tinct specific connotations and essences in line with the objective development of different historical periods.From the perspective of its implementation paths,the realization of the Communist Party of China's view on labour happi-ness should be achieved by not only highlighting the role of the people in labour creation,but also creating high quality material living conditions,improving employment systems and mechanisms,as well as forming a diversified and collaborative social pattern.
