殷克敬治疗缺血性脑卒中针刺选穴规律研究OA

Objective To explore the acupoint selection and compatibility rules of the distinguished veteran TCM practitioner YIN Kejing in the acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS)based on data mining technology,and to provide a theoretical basis for broadening the clinical diagnosis and treatment approaches for acupuncture in CIS.Methods Acupuncture prescriptions for CIS treated by YIN Kejing at the Distinguished Practitioners Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2024 were collected.The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V 3.5)and Excel were used to analyze acupoint frequency,meridian attribution,properties,acupoint compatibility,core prescriptions,and the"syndrome-symptom-acupoint"associations within the acupuncture prescriptions.Results A total of 161 acupuncture prescriptions were collected,involving 100 acupoints.High-frequency acupoints included Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),Fengchi(GB20),Xuanzhong(GB39),Shenmai(BL62),Sanyangluo(TE8),etc.The main meridians attributed were the foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian,the governor vessel,the foot yangming stomach meridian,and extra-meridian points.Major acupoint combinations consisted of Baihui-Fengchi,Baihui-Shenting,and Baihui-Xuanzhong.Cluster analysis of acupoints generated four cluster combinations.The"syndrome-symptom-acupoint"analysis revealed that the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis was the predominant syndrome pattern.Conclusion YIN Kejing's acupuncture treatment for CIS embodies the clinical thoughts of"awakening the spirit and benefiting intelligence with simultaneous treatment of the heart and brain","reinforcing yang to unblock collaterals and warming the triple energizer",and"harmonizing the liver and kidney,relaxing sinews and strengthening bones".
