基于"阴阳"理论探讨大接经针法促醒卒中后昏迷的诊疗思路OA

Drawing on the"Yin-Yang"theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this study constructs a diagnostic and therapeutic protocol for Dajiejing acupuncture(major meridian-connecting acupuncture technique),with Jing-well point meridian connection as its core technique,to provide a standardized approach for promoting awakening from post-stroke coma.By integrating literature evidence and clinical experience,we identify yin-yang imbalance as the key pathogenesis of coma,distill the essence of Dajiejing as"harmonizing yin and yang and inducing resuscitation",and establish a systematic"syndrome differentiation—meridian selection—treatment implementation—outcome assessment"framework:① classifying cases into yang syndrome and yin syndrome;② dynamically connecting meridians by"inducing yin from yang"for yang syndrome and"inducing yang from yin"for yin syndrome;③ administering Jing-well point meridian-connecting acupuncture;④ evaluating efficacy using both the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)and traditional Chinese medicine"vital activity"indicators.This protocol translates"Yin-Yang"theory into an actionable clinical pathway,embodies the Dajiejing characteristics of"unblocking and regulating yin and yang and sequentially stimulating awakening",and offers an acupuncture strategy that integrates distinctive traditional Chinese medicine features with contemporary clinical applicability for coma arousal.
