健脾养心安神汤治疗心脾两虚型阵发性房颤的临床疗效观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yangxin Anshen Decoction in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)of the heart-spleen deficiency syndrome pattern.Methods A total of 60 patients with PAF of heart-spleen deficiency syndrome pattern admitted to the Department of Cardiology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to September 2025 were enrolled.Using a random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Jianpi Yangxin Anshen Decoction in addition to conventional western medicine.The treatment duration for both groups was 2 weeks.Changes in 24-hour Holter monitoring results,serological parameters[N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity Creactive protein(hs-CRP)],cardiac function indicators[P-wave dispersion(Pd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial diameter(LAD)],hemorheological parameters[fibrinogen(FIB),whole blood low-shear viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity],and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment(i.e.,at admission and at discharge).Clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results(1)In terms of efficacy,after 2 weeks of treatment,the overall response rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,with the observation group showing significantly better efficacy than the control group(P＜0.001).(2)For serological parameters,after treatment,serum NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels decreased in both groups compared to baseline(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group were significantly greater than the control group(P＜0.001).(3)For cardiac function indicators,after treatment,Pd and LAD values decreased and LVEF increased in both groups compared to baseline(P＜0.05),and the observation group showed significantly greater reductions in Pd and LAD and a greater increase in LVEF than the control group(P＜0.001).(4)For hemorheological parameters,after treatment,FIB,whole blood lowshear viscosity,and whole blood highshear viscosity decreased in both groups compared to baseline(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than the control group(P＜0.001).(5)For TCM syndrome scores,after treatment,scores for palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue,and restless sleep decreased in both groups compared to baseline(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was superior to the observation group(P＜0.01).Conclusion The addition of Jianpi Yangxin Anshen Decoction to conventional western medicine exerts a definite therapeutic effect in patients with PAF of the heart-spleen deficiency syndrome pattern.It effectively reduces the frequency of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,lowers serum inflammatory factors,hemorheological parameters,and TCM syndrome scores,and improves cardiac function,with superior efficacy compared to conventional western medicine alone.
