"专创融合"视域下高职水利类学生双创能力培养的困境与突破OA

Taking Guangdong Polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Engineering,Zhejiang Tongji Vocational College of Science and Technology,and Guangxi Vocational College of Water Resources and Electric Power as samples,this paper employs a cross-case comparative method,to conduct a systematic analysis around five main aspects:the degree of conceptual implementation,curriculum integration pathways,dual-qualification structure of teaching staff,practical scenario engagement,and closed-loop evaluation-incentive mechanisms.A systematic breakthrough pathway encompassing"concept-curriculum-faculty-platform-evaluation"is proposed:ensuring the translation of concepts into practice through organized implementation mechanisms;achieving deep specialization-innovation integration through a curriculum cluster that links"task-project-competition certification-output";meeting real industrial demands through a dual-qualification faculty system combining on-campus cultivation with enterprise co-education;and providing replicable governance logic and implementation pathways for higher voca-tional colleges to advance specialization-innovation integration through actionable institutional and curriculum de-sign frameworks.
