水库枢纽与灌区工程征地移民安置差异性分析OA

Taking the Datengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Hub and the Datengxia Irrigation Zone Project as the re-search subjects,this paper discusses the differences between reservoir projects and irrigation zone projects in terms of land acquisition and resettlement planning,through a detailed analysis of their respective characteristics of land acquisition and resettlement,applicable policies,and resettlement modes.Reservoir projects,characterized by con-centrated inundation and land acquisition,adopt centralized resettlement combined with long-term compensation,supplemented by post-relocation support policies for long-term livelihood security.In contrast,irrigation zone proj-ects involve linear and scattered land acquisition and demolition,adopt one-off compensation,which may lead to the risk of insufficient long-term livelihood security.Corresponding coordinated recommendations at the institution-al,technical,and model levels are put forward.
