基层山洪灾害防御重点工作分析研究OA

In response to the implementation requirements of the Technical guidelines for the compilation of flash floods disaster prevention plans(SL/T666-2024),and to comprehensively enhance the county,township and village level flash flood disaster prevention capabilities and public management level,this study systematically sorted out the key work system for grassroots flash flood disaster prevention.The research results have clarified the organiza-tional structure,operational logic,and key links of grassroots flash flood disaster prevention under current norms,providing practical reference for the precise implementation of flash flood disaster prevention and response work at the county,township and village levels.
