水利工程EPC总承包结算方式对工程建设的影响分析OA

With its advantages of integrating engineering design,procurement,and construction,the EPC general contracting mode has become the predominant construction approach for large and medium-scale water conservan-cy projects.As a critical link throughout the entire project process,the settlement method directly affects the invest-ment control,construction schedule,quality,and safety.This paper reviews the main settlement methods adopted in EPC general contracting for large and medium-scale water conservancy projects,analyzes the impacts of different settlement methods on project construction from multiple perspectives,summarizes the prominent issues encoun-tered in practice,and proposes optimization pathways,which provide a reference for enhancing project management and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects.
