Yongbei Irrigation Zone Project is a water infrastructure with a strong public welfare nature,and primarily serves agricultural irrigation and urban-rural water supply.In this loan capacity estimation and analysis,the cost-based water price is calculated based on total project costs and total water supply volume,and the affordable water price is analyzed.According to the assumed water pricing schemes,loan terms,repayment methods,and project rev-enue,the loan capacity for each scheme is estimated,and a reasonable water pricing scheme is proposed.This analy-sis may serve as a reference for government authorities and relevant departments in project decision-making and in determining the investment quota for the project.
