为解决大藤峡水利枢纽邻矿区帷幕灌浆工程中岩芯采取率偏低的问题,通过QC(Quality Control)小组活动提出了岩溶孔段岩芯采取率提升技术.首先概述了大藤峡水利枢纽的岩溶地质条件;随后以现状调查与目标设定、原因分析与要因确认、对策制定与实施为核心步骤,构建了岩溶孔段岩芯采取率提升技术体系;最后对经过系统性改进的岩溶地层取芯工艺进行了效果评估.工程实践结果表明:实施QC小组活动后,大藤峡水利枢纽邻矿区帷幕灌浆工程的岩芯采取率由54.3%提升至62.8%,同时小组成员的综合能力亦得到显著提高.

To address the issue of low core recovery rate of the the curtain grouting project in the adjacent mining ar-ea of Datengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Hub,a technology for improving the core recovery rate in karst borehole sections was proposed through QCC activities.Firstly,the karst geological conditions of the Dafengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Hub were summarized;Then,a technical system for improving the core recovery rate in karst borehole sections was established comprising the core steps of current status investigation and target determination,cause analysis and identification of critical factors,and formulation and implementation of countermeasures;finally,the effect of the systematically improved core sampling technology for karst strata was evaluated.The engineering prac-tice results show that following the QCC activities,the core recovery rate of the curtain grouting project in the adja-cent mining area of the Datengxia Gorge Water Conservancy Hub increased from 54.3%to 62.8%,and the compre-hensive ability of the QCC members was also significantly enhanced as well.
