为明晰中央墩大悬臂盖梁受力特性与施工要点,解决城市化进程中城市高架交通建设的难题,该文以实体高速公路中采用中央墩大悬臂盖梁的工程项目为研究背景,梳理该结构设计特点与施工方案;开展三类加载工况下的现场缩尺模型试验,监测并分析构件变形特性与裂缝演化规律;剖析施工工艺、结构计算难点及其影响因素;综合评估工程经济与社会效益.试验结果表明:该结构变形幅值与裂缝发展范围均可控,整体承载性能满足桥梁设计安全要求,施工可控性强.相较于传统桥墩结构,中央墩大悬臂盖梁可适配城市高架交通枢纽建设场景,有效破解城区交通工程施工受限难题,具有极强的工程可复制性,可广泛推广应用于城市同类高架桥改扩建及新建项目.
To clarify the mechanical behavior and key construction considerations of central pier large cantilever cap beams and address the challenges of urban viaduct construction during urbanization,this paper takes an expressway project using this structure as its engineering background.The structural design characteristics and construction scheme were summarized,and reduced-scale field model tests were conducted under three loading conditions to monitor and analyze member deformation and crack evolution.The construction process,difficulties in structural calculation,and relevant influencing factors were analyzed,and the economic and social benefits were comprehensively evaluated.The test results indicate that structural deformation and the extent of crack development are controllable,overall load-bearing performance meets bridge design safety requirements,and the construction process can be effectively controlled.Compared with traditional pier structures,the central pier large cantilever cap beam is suitable for the construction of urban elevated transportation hubs,effectively addresses the construction constraints encountered in urban transportation projects,and is highly replicable in engineering practice.It can be widely applied to the reconstruction,expansion,and new construction of similar urban viaducts.
