The low-altitude economy is now transitioning from pilot validation to the critical stage of large-scale commercial application.At present,China has made notable progress in policy frameworks,business models,and technological R&D but still faces challenges such as lagging infrastructure construction,bottlenecks in core technologies,underdeveloped market systems,and inadequate management regimes.The rise of the low-altitude economy profoundly affects traditional refined oil demand and the landscape of refueling infrastructure but offers strategic opportunities for oil and gas enterprises to extend and transform their industrial chains and to move into high-end equipment manufacturing on the other hand.Driven by resource complementarity,technological synergy,and policy support,the oil and gas industry and the low-altitude economy chain have broad prospects for integrated development,which is expected to yield such multiple benefits as improving asset utilization,expanding business including new materials and modern logistics.The paper proposes that oil and gas enterprises actively align with the national low-altitude economy development strategy by increasing internal scenario-based applications as well as optimizing the supply of resources and services,leverage the leading role of major oil and gas companies to foster industrial collaboration,systematically deploy across the low-altitude economy industrial chain in order to facilitate steady corporate transformation and high-quality development.
