Interdisciplinary Scientific Research and Innovative Team Building in Shale Oil Exploration and Development
跨学科科研是解决复杂问题的重要路径.页岩油勘探开发的本质在于:在超低渗透、强非均质性且赋存条件复杂的储层中,通过多学科高效组织与高水平人才队伍的持续支撑,将原本无自然产能的页岩油转化为"可经济有效采出的石油".本文分析了页岩油勘探开发的跨学科特征与相关难题,系统梳理了中国页岩油勘探开发的实践路径:①构建跨领域、跨层级的协同创新组织模式,打破单位与专业壁垒,形成产学研用一体化的攻关网络;②形成以"一全六化"(全生命周期管理、一体化统筹、专业化协同、市场化运作、社会化支持、数字化管理、绿色化发展)为核心的系统工程方法论,将地质、工程、材料、信息等多学科知识深度融合于统一的工程目标框架中;③构建以产教融合为特色的跨学科人才培养体系,通过校企共建产业学院、设立交叉学科方向,系统培养复合型技术骨干;④建立合理的知识产权管理制度,为多学科团队长期协作提供制度保障.上述要素相互支撑、协同推进,共同推动了中国陆相页岩油从理论突破到规模效益开发的跨越.
Interdisciplinary scientific research is an important approach to solving complex problems.The essence of shale oil exploration and development is to transform shale oil with no natural productivity in shale reservoirs into"economically and effectively produced oil"through effective multi-disciplinary organization and continuous supply of high-level talent teams in reservoirs with ultra-low permeability,strong heterogeneity,and complex occurrence conditions.This paper analyzes the interdisciplinary nature and challenges of shale oil exploration and development,and summarizes China's practical experiences accumulated in the field of continental shale oil exploration and development:① Establishing a cross-domain,cross-level collaborative innovation organizational model that breaks down institutional and professional barriers to form an industry-university-research-application integrated research network;② Developing a systems engineering methodology centered on the"One Engine with Six Gears"(full lifecycle management,integrated coordination,professional collaboration,market operation,social support,digital management,and green development),which deeply integrates multidisciplinary knowledge from geology,engineering,materials,information science,etc.③ Building a cross-disciplinary talent cultivation system characterized by industry-education integration,through university-enterprise joint establishment of industrial colleges,setting up interdisciplinary directions,and systematically training composite technical backbone personnel;④ Establishing a sound intellectual property management system to provide institutional safeguards for long-term collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.These elements support each other and are promoted together,collectively forging China's path from theoretical breakthroughs to large-scale and cost-effective development of continental shale oil.
