基于荧光传感器的毒品检测方法研究进展OA

Research Progress on Detection Methods of Illicit Drugs Based on Fluorescence Sensor

毒品严重危害社会安全与公众健康,毒品问题治理一直是全球关注的重要问题.毒品检测是毒品治理的重要环节,开发高灵敏、高选择性和便捷的检测方法至关重要.荧光传感器因具有响应快速、可视化强和操作简便等特点,在毒品检测领域展现出独特的应用优势.荧光小分子、荧光量子点和电致发光材料等多种荧光材料被用于荧光传感器的设计.本文综述了近5年来用于毒品检测的主流荧光传感器的研究进展,重点阐述了传感器的设计原理和检测机理,以期为新型高效荧光传感器的设计和毒品检测技术的发展提供参考.

Illicit drugs pose severe threats to social security and public health,and the governance of drug-related issues has long been a critical concern worldwide.Drug detection constitutes an indispensable component of drug control,and the development of highly sensitive,highly selective,and convenient detection techniques has emerged as a prominent research hotspot.Benefiting from fast response,intuitive visual readout,and simple operation,fluorescent sensors exhibit distinctive merits in the field of illicit drug detection.Diverse luminescent materials have been exploited to fabricate fluorescent sensors,including small-molecule fluorophores,fluorescent quantum dots,and electroluminescent materials.This paper systematically reviewed the research progress of mainstream fluorescent sensors applied to illicit drug detection over the past five years,with particular emphasis on their design strategies and sensing mechanisms.This review was expected to provide valuable references for the construction of novel high-performance fluorescent sensors and the advancement of drug detection technologies.
