青少年肥胖患者行减重代谢手术的安全性及疗效分析OA

Objective:To investigate the safety and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)in adolescent obese patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 27 adolescent obese patients admitted from Jan.2022 to Dec.2024.There were 18 females and 9 males,with an average age of(19.0±1.3)years,and all patients underwent LSG.Body weight,body mass index(BMI),obesity-related comorbidities,postoperative complication rate,and other relevant indica-tors were observed and analyzed.Postoperative follow-up was performed via outpatient reexamination and telephone interview.Results:All 27 patients successfully completed LSG.The postoperative body weight and BMI of patients decreased significantly compared with those before operation(P＜0.05).At 12 months after operation,the percentage of excess weight loss(EWL%)was≥80%,and the per-centage of total weight loss was≥20%in all patients.Triglyceride and fasting C-peptide levels decreased at 6 and 12 months after operation;fasting blood glucose decreased at 3 months after operation,and glycated hemoglobin decreased at 1,3,and 12 months after operation;the uric acid level was higher than the preoperative level at 1 month after operation and lower than the preoperative level at 12 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 12 months after operation,the remission rate of hypertension was 85.7%,the remission rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus was 80%,and the remission rates of fatty liver,hyperurice-mia,and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were all 100%.Conclusions:LSG is safe and effective for adolescent obese pa-tients.It can reduce body weight and BMI,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,and relieve obesity-related complications in the short term after surgery.
