文物建筑再利用的设计策略与场所精神重塑OA

This paper aims to explore the design strategy system for the protective intervention,adaptive implantation,and technical integration in the reuse of historic buildings,and analyzes the practical path for the reshaping of the spirit of place.Based on the empirical analysis on Kaifeng Shanxi-Shaanxi-Gansu Guild Hall and the site of Shuntian Gate of the North Song Dynasty,it proposes to conserve the authenticity of cultural relics with"minimum intervention",to continue the historical genes with"functional activation",and to reconstruct the cultural cognition with"digital empowerment".Finally,it realizes the value sublimation from material preservation to spiritual inheritance through public participation and regional linkage.The research shows that the reuse of cultural relics needs to balance protection and innovation,and transform the historical sites into sustainable cultural production nodes through spatial narrative,technological media and community connection.
