城市更新背景下演艺场馆活化利用更新要素研究OA

In the era of new urbanization and high-quality development,urban renewal has become a key path driving urban spatial restructuring and cultural revitalization.As the core carrier of urban cultural ecology,the revitalization and utilization of performance venues are crucial for enhancing urban vitality and meeting public cultural needs.Based on the perspective of urban renewal,this paper combines policy orientation and industry development trends,and through multi-case empirical research,analyzes the challenges faced by performance venues in terms of positioning,business format,space,and equipment,and proposes the corresponding renewal elements and innovative strategies.Taking the renewal and renovation project of Changping Cultural Center as an example,through strategies such as enhancing location value,promoting the integration of"performance+"business format,strengthening spatial design and renovation,and implementing intelligent equipment upgrading,the revitalization and utilization of performance venues are achieved,improving their spatial utilization rate,economic benefits,and cultural influence,thereby facilitating the inheritance and innovation of urban culture.
