全球变暖背景下,城市气候环境日益恶化,为营造更宜居的城市室外热环境,文章立足武汉市夏季极端气候特征,选择通用热气候指数(UTCI)和平均辐射温度(MRT)表征人体热舒适度,通过模拟实验对武汉市城市生活性街道形态进行探究.分析街道形态对室外热舒适的影响,提出街道优化设计策略以改善街道室外热舒适性能,得到以下结论:当 H/W=1.7 时,街道室外热舒适和通风效果较好;街道贴线率保持在 80%以上时,可兼顾室外热舒适与活动空间需求;东西走向街道热舒适程度高于其他走向.综合考虑街道形态,以期为健康导向下武汉市街道规划设计提供参考.

In the context of global warming,the urban climatic environment is increasingly deteriorating.In order to create more livable urban outdoor thermal environments,grounded in the extreme climatic characteristics of Wuhan during the summer,this paper employs the Universal Thermal Climate Index(UTCI)and Mean Radiant Temperature(MRT)as indicators of human thermal comfort.Through simulation experiments,the urban morphological features of residential streets in Wuhan are investigated to analyze their impact on outdoor thermal comfort.The paper proposes the strategies for the optimization of the street design to enhance outdoor thermal comfort performance,and draws the following conclusions:when H/W=1.7,the outdoor thermal comfort and ventilation effect of the streets are relatively good;maintaining a street alignment rate of over 80%can balance outdoor thermal comfort with the need for activity spaces;and east-west-oriented streets exhibit a higher level of thermal comfort compared to other orientations.By comprehensively considering street morphology,this paper aims to provide a reference for health-oriented urban street planning and design in Wuhan.
