城市更新背景下老旧小区更新改造的困境及对策研究OA
Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures for the Renewal and Renovation of Old Residential Areas in the Context of Urban Renewal:A Case of Tianjin Hedong District
城市更新是当前推动我国区域高质量发展的重要策略之一.文章选取天津市河东区老旧小区为研究对象,通过实地调研,系统梳理其在基础设施、交通停车、安全隐患、居住环境与养老服务五个方面存在的突出困境.研究表明,这些问题相互交织,构成了制约城市高质量发展的系统性难题.文章结合天津市最新政策导向与区域实际情况,针对具体问题提出针对性政策建议,旨在为天津市及周边地区的老旧小区改造提供实践参考.
Urban renewal is one of the most important strategies for promoting high-quality regional development in China at present.This paper selects the old residential areas in Hedong District,Tianjin as the research objects.Through field survey,this paper systematically sorted out the outstanding difficulties existing in five aspects:infrastructure,traffic parking,security risks,living environment and elderly care services.The study reveals that these problems are intertwined and constitute a systematic problem that restricts the high-quality development of cities.Combined with the latest policy guidance and regional actual situation in Tianjin,this paper puts forward the targeted policy suggestions in view of the existing specific problems,aiming to provide practical references for the renovation of old residential areas in Tianjin and surrounding areas.
