老旧住区建筑布局对微气候环境的影响研究OA

Study on the Influence of the Building Layout of Old Residential Areas on Microclimate Environment:A Case of Urumqi

在全球气候变化日益加剧的背景下,改善微气候环境对提升老旧住区居民的生活质量至关重要.本研究以乌鲁木齐典型老旧住区为例,利用 ENVI-met 对三种建筑布局的住区进行数值模拟,并对比分析其微气候环境差异.结果表明:行列式布局热舒适区与热不适区呈交替式分布,整体热环境稳定性较高.混合式布局通过建筑错落分布有效分散了热聚集区,避免了持续高温区域的形成,但存在局部热不适现象.围合式布局易形成连续的遮阴走廊,但庭院中心区易积聚热量.此外,基于模拟结果与现状可改造要素的识别,研究进一步提出了以提升室外热舒适为目标的优化设计策略.

Under worsening global climate change,improving the microclimate environment in old residential areas is crucial for improving the quality of life of the residents in these areas.This paper simulated three building layouts in a typical old residential area of Urumqi by using ENVI-met and compared their differences in microclimate environment.Results show that row layouts alternate thermal comfort and discomfort zones,with relatively high overall thermal environment stability.Mixed layouts disperse heat accumulation via staggered buildings,avoiding sustained high-temperature zones,though localized discomfort persists.Enclosed layouts form continuous shaded corridors,but accumulate heat in central courtyards.In addition,based on the simulation results and the identification of the current modifiable elements,this paper further proposes the strategies for the optimizing the design under the goal of improving outdoor thermal comfort.
