基于"脾虚瘀毒"理论探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎"炎-癌转化"机制及防治思路OA

Based on the"spleen deficiency and blood stasis toxin"theory,this paper explores the mechanism of"inflammation-cancer transformation"in chronic atrophic gastritis,suggesting that spleen deficiency is the fundamental cause of the disease.Spleen deficiency leads to insufficiency of qi and blood,resulting in the gastric mucosa atrophy due to lack of nourishment;The internal generation of dampness and turbidity,along with the entanglement of dampness and heat,damages stomach collaterals,resulting in inflammatory lesions of the gastric mucosa,which lays the foundation for the accumulation of pathological products of blood stasis and toxins.The coagulation of blood stasis and toxins not only depletes the middle qi and aggravates spleen deficiency,but also accelerates the process of carcinogenesis by damaging the gastric mucosa,promoting intestinal metaplasia,and abnormal hyperplasia.Therefore,based on a deep exploration of the theory of spleen deficiency with blood stasis and toxins,this article proposes that tonifying the spleen and benefiting qi,clearing heat and removing dampness,resolving blood stasis and detoxifying are the main treatment methods.It also explores the preventive and therapeutic effects and mechanisms of related prescriptions and drugs on the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic atrophic gastritis,with the aim of providing new paths for the prevention and treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
