基于"中虚血积"理论辨治三阴性乳腺癌OA

Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a subtype of breast cancer with a relatively poor prognosis,primarily affecting patients undergoing chemotherapy or postoperative care,characterized by complex conditions and challenging treatment.This article proposes that"middle Jiao deficiency and blood stasis"is the core pathogenesis of TNBC.It is believed that after the deficiency of the spleen and stomach in middle Jiao,the source of biochemical transformation becomes insufficient,yang qi fails to flourish,and qi movement becomes stagnant,leading to the mutual binding of phlegm coagulation,blood stasis,and toxic pathogens,forming tangible accumulations,ultimately resulting in the occurrence and progression of breast cancer.In terms of treatment,it emphasizes strengthening the foundation and reinforcing the body,warming yang to resolve turbidity for supporting healthy qi;soothing the liver and tonifying the kidneys,harmonizing the thoroughfare and conception vessels for regulating visceral functions;resolving phlegm and dispersing stasis,detoxifying and unblocking collaterals for eliminating pathogens.And it focuses on addressing both manifestation and root cause,with the balanced approach of attacking and tonifying,providing new insights for traditional Chinese medicine in treating TNBC.
