灭螨醌在柑橘上的残留降解及膳食风险评估OA
Residual degradation and dietary risk assessment of acequinocyl on citrus
针对质量分数15%的灭螨醌水乳剂在柑橘果实上的残留降解动态,以及膳食摄入风险数据缺乏的问题,以沃柑、沙糖橘和金橘为试验材料,开展田间残留试验.采用高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)方法,测定灭螨醌和羟基灭螨醌在不同柑橘中的残留降解动态,并进行膳食风险评估.结果表明,灭螨醌和羟基灭螨醌在不同柑橘基质中的线性关系良好(R2>0.99),检出限分别为1.7~3.9 μg/kg和1.0~1.2 μg/kg,定量限分别为4.5~7.9 μg/kg和2.0~3.2 μg/kg,回收率分别为79.4%~90.4%和79.5%~92.6%,RSD分别为2.4%~9.2%和2.0%~9.0%;除沙糖橘果肉外,2种化合物在3种柑橘其他部位中的降解规律均符合一级动力学方程,半衰期分别为17.5~24.8 d和20.0~43.3 d;施药后的第14,28 d,3种柑橘全果中灭螨醌残留总量分别为0.042~0.077 mg/kg和0.013~0.046 mg/kg;各年龄段人群的慢性和急性膳食暴露风险分别为0.03%~0.78%和0.19%~2.84%.研究为灭螨醌在柑橘上的合理使用和最大残留限量的制定提供基础数据.
To address the lack of data on the residual degradation dynamics and dietary intake risk of acequinocyl 15%EW on citrus fruits,field residue tests were carried out using orah,shatangju,and kumquat as test materials.A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was used to determine the residual degradation dynamics of acequinocyl and hydroxyacequinocyl in different citrus varieties,and a dietary risk assessment was conducted.The results showed that acequinocyl and hydroxyacequinocyl exhibited good linear relationships(R2>0.99)in different citrus matrices.The limits of detection were 1.7-3.9 μg/kg and 1.0-1.2 μg/kg,respectively;the limits of quantitation were 4.5-7.9 μg/kg and 2.0-3.2 μg/kg,respectively;the recoveries were 79.4%—90.4%and 79.5%—92.6%,respectively,with RSD values of 2.4%—9.2%and 2.0%—9.0%,respectively.Except for the pulp of Shatangju,the degradation patterns of the two compounds in other parts of the three citrus varieties conformed to first-order kinetics,with half-lives of 17.5-24.8 d and 20.0-43.3 d,respectively.On the 14th and 28th days after application,the total residues of acequinocyl in the whole fruit of the three citrus varieties were 0.042-0.077 mg/kg and 0.013-0.046 mg/kg,respectively.The chronic and acute dietary exposure risks for all age groups were 0.03%—0.78%and 0.19%—2.84%,respectively.This study provides basic data for the rational use of acequinocyl on citrus and the establishment of maximum residue limits.
