复杂食品基质中污染物的纸基微流控检测进展OA

Advances in paper-based microfluidic detection of contaminants in complex food matrices

针对食品污染物现场快速筛查中,基质复杂、检测流程分散和标准化验证不足等问题,系统梳理纸基微流控平台在食品污染物检测中的研究进展.围绕纸基材料与结构构型、信号转导与读出策略、典型污染物检测应用,以及实际部署瓶颈4个方面,对近年来的相关研究进行归纳分析.现有研究已形成纤维素滤纸、硝化纤维素膜、玻璃纤维纸、办公纸、纳米纤维素纸和复合功能纸等多类基底,构建比色、荧光、化学发光、电化学、表面增强拉曼、光电化学及智能终端辅助读出等多种检测模式;部分代表性研究实现10 min内农药现场检测、4种重金属同步检测,实际样品回收率84.0%~104.1%.但在不同污染物类别、食品基质和信号读出方式下,纸基微流控平台的检出限、回收率、重复性和现场定量能力差异较大.纸基微流控平台具有低成本、便携和可集成等优势,但复杂食品基质干扰、器件批次一致性不足、前处理能力有限和标准化验证不足仍限制其应用.未来应加强模块化前处理、多模态信号验证、智能终端规范化读出和真实样品验证等.

To address the challenges of complex matrices,fragmented detection workflows,and insufficient standardized validation in the on-site rapid screening of food contaminants,this review systematically summarizes the research progress of paper-based microfluidic platforms for food contaminant detection.Recent studies are categorized and analyzed from four perspectives:paper-based materials and structural configurations,signal transduction and readout strategies,typical contaminant detection applications,and bottlenecks in practical deployment.Existing research has developed diverse substrate materials including cellulose filter paper,nitrocellulose membranes,glass fiber paper,office paper,nanocellulose paper,and composite functional paper.Multiple detection modalities have been established,including colorimetric,fluorescent,chemiluminescent,electrochemical,surface-enhanced Raman scattering,photoelectrochemical,and smartphone-assisted readout.Representative studies have achieved on-site pesticide detection within 10 minutes and simultaneous detection of four heavy metals,with recoveries ranging from 84.0%to 104.1%in real samples.However,the limits of detection,recoveries,reproducibility,and on-site quantitative capabilities of paper-based microfluidic platforms vary considerably across different contaminant categories,food matrices,and signal readout modes.Although paper-based microfluidic platforms offer advantages such as low cost,portability,and ease of integration,their application remains constrained by matrix interference from complex food samples,insufficient device batch-to-batch consistency,limited pretreatment capability,and insufficient standardized validation.Future efforts should focus on modular pretreatment,multimodal signal validation,standardized smartphone-based readout,and validation with real samples.
