水溶肥追肥量与追肥频次对叶用甘薯品质及产量的影响OA
Effects foliar fertilization rates and application frequencies with water-soluble fertilizer on the quality and yield of leafy sweet potato
[目的]本研究旨在通过设置水溶肥不同追肥量与追肥频次,系统分析叶用甘薯茎尖的多项品质指标,探索优化施肥方案,以提升其营养品质并为高效栽培提供理论依据.[方法]以'台农 71号'叶用甘薯为试材,探究了 4个水溶肥追肥量(S1:0 kg·hm-2;S2:120 kg·hm-2;S3:180 kg·hm-2;S4:240 kg·hm-2),3个追肥频次(D1:1 次;D2:2 次;D3:3 次),共计 12 个处理,探究不同追肥处理对叶用甘薯茎尖品质和产量的影响.[结果]叶用甘薯茎尖产量在追施水溶肥后得到了显著提升,且随着追肥量和追肥频次增加呈上升趋势,蛋白质和淀粉含量在S3D2处理下达到最高值,分别为 29.37和 68.85 mg·g-1,叶用甘薯茎尖可溶性糖含量在 S4D2处理下达到最高值,为 2.98 mmol·L-1,钙含量在 S3D1处理下达到最高值,为 0.02 mmol·g-1(prot).叶绿素 a、b及 a+b含量的最优处理分别为 S4D3(3.84 mg·L-1)、S3D3(0.89 mg·L-1)及 S4D3(4.69 mg·L-1);总胡萝卜素含量在 S2D2处理下达到最高值,为 1.39 mg·L-1.[结论]通过隶属函数法对各项指标进行综合评价分析,结果显示 S3D2处理(水溶肥追肥量为 180 kg·hm-2,生长期追肥 2次)为综合表现最优的处理方案.本研究结果为提升叶用甘薯综合品质及合理施用水溶肥提供理论基础.
[Objective]This study aimed to systematically analyze multiple quality indicators of leaf sweet po-tato stem tips by setting different topdressing amounts and frequencies of water-soluble fertilizers,explore an opti-mized fertilization plan,to improve their nutritional quality and provide a theoretical basis for efficient cultivation.[Method]Taking'Tainong 71'leafy sweet potato as the test material,this experiment set topdressing amounts of four water-soluble fertilizers(S1:0 kg·hm-2)S2:120 kg·hm-2 S3:180 kg·hm-2 S4:240 kg·hm-2),three topdressing frequen-cies(D1:once;D2:2 times;D3:3 times(12 treatments in total),to explore the effects of different topdressing treat-ments on the stem tip quality and yield of leafy sweet potatoes.[Result]The yield of leaf sweet potato stem tips was significantly increased after the application of water-soluble fertilizer,and it showed an upward trend with the in-crease of concentration and the frequency of top dressing.The contents of protein and starch reached the maximum values of 29.37 and 68.85 mg·g-1,respectively,under the treatment of S3D2.The soluble sugar content in the stem tips of leafy sweet potatoes reached the maximum value of 2.98 mmol·L-1 under the S4D2 treatment,and the calci-um content reached the maximum value of 0.02 mmol·g-1(prot)under the S3D1 treatment.The optimal treatments of chlorophyll a,b and a+b contents were S4D3(3.84 mg·L-1),S3D3(0.89 mg·L-1)and S4D3(4.69 mg·L-1),corre-spondingly.The total carotene content reached the maximum value of 1.39 mg·L-1 under the S2D2 treatment.[Conclusion]The comprehensive evaluation and analysis of each index through the membership function method indicated that the S3D2 treatment(with a water-soluble fertilizer top-dressing amount of 180 kg·hm-2 and two top-dressings during the growth period)had the best overall performance,which provides a theoretical basis for im-proving the comprehensive quality of leafy sweet potatoes and the rational application of water-soluble fertilizers.
