A trauma registry is a structured system that records injury events, patient demographics, prehospital care, treatment, outcomes, and costs.[1-4] It supports performance monitoring, research, recovery, and prevention by enabling trend identification, treatment evaluation, and outcome improvement.[1,5-7]Accurate, reliable, and complete data are essential for meaningful analysis and international comparison.
